Phoenix Check Cashing has completed the purchase of the BioPay Paycheck Secure business from Solidus Networks (Pay By Touch). Lawson Software has acquired the Product Lifecycle Management software division of San Francisco-based Freeborders. Freeborders will retain its existing technology outsourcing services, which are not included in Lawson’s acquisition. Wincor Nixdorf has formed a strategic partnership with FedEx Global Supply Chain Services. Wincor Nixdorf will maintain parts inventories at select FedEx Kinko’s locations, so that once a service need is identified, a service technician contacts the closest FedEx Kinko’s location, and the needed part can either be picked up or sent via messenger, minimizing down time.

consulting and systems integration project with grocery retailer Ahold.
The companies will drive Ahold USA’s deployment of Oracle Retail
